Job Family Management Consulting Travel Required Up to 10% Clearance Required Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Data Platform Analyst to join our data team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and analytics solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and actionable. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes. • Build and optimize data models for analytics and reporting. • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data needs and deliver solutions. • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems. • Implement and maintain data warehouse and data lake architectures. • Automate data workflows and reporting processes. • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and reliability. • Stay current with emerging data technologies and best practices. What You Will Need • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. • THREE (3) or more years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar roles. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling. • Experience and understanding with data lake technologies • Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Data Build Tool (DBT), Talend). • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse). • Strong programming skills in Python or Scala. • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). What Would Be Nice To Have • Experience with real-time data processing (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming). • Knowledge of data governance and security best practices. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. • Certifications in cloud platforms or data engineering.
