Eufaula, Oklahoma, United States of America — Boomer Solutions, a member of the Guardian family of pharmacies, is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment (Part Time) to join our rapidly growing team. We’re reimagining medication management and transforming care, delivering customized medication management solutions to support healthcare organizations serving seniors and individuals with complex care needs. Under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, the Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I is responsible for the filling and packaging of prescriptions in an accurate and timely manner for delivery to our customers. You will apply labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into appropriate bins in an accurate and timely manner and alert the pharmacist on duty of any medication that is not scanning properly. Expect to participate in training and development activities to gain proficiency in other Fulfillment workflow areas and to communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply of medication to complete all orders. Other routine duties include assisting in maintaining inventory at appropriate levels, removing expired or unused meds, marking used bottles and keeping inventory neat and arranged in-order. You may assist in physical inventory, consistently meet the pharmacy's established accuracy and productivity levels, work collaboratively with other supervisors/functional areas to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently, maintain a clean and orderly workstation, put medications away and replenish all stock supplies needed, and comply with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to the dispensing of prescription medications. Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed. ### Experience, education, and skills we require - High School Diploma or GED (per state requirements) - Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements); National Certification preferred (PTCB) - 1+ years of related experience (technical knowledge/skills may substitute for experience) - Basic computer skills required - Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines - Great attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines - Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire about inaccuracies Work Environment: Ability to work flexible hours. ### Compensation and benefits (as described) Guardian provides employees with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, supporting our core value of, "Treat others as you would like to be treated."
