OUR MISSION: Is to provide home care service with love; to enhance the quality of living through our attentive yet subtle style of care; to maintain their dignity and their independence while serving their needs with honor and integrity. After all, it is their home! We are LOOKING to Hire a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide to help care for seniors in their home! As a Home Health Aide you will be asked to assist clients with any of their daily needs. Some responsibilities include the following: • Med reminders • Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.) • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene. • Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able) • Assist with client's shopping or accompany them when they shop (if needed). • Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own. • Be a pleasant and supportive companion. • Report any unusual incidents. • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency. Skills: • Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards. • Respectful and compassionate • Good time management skills • Ability to write, read and speak English fluently. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Strong ethics • Physical endurance • High school diploma or equivalent Qualifications: • Is at least 18 years old. • Reliable transportation to get to and from clients. • Attention to detail. • Committed to the rights of seniors and disabled people to live dignified lives. • Is flexible, sensitive to the needs of others, reliable, and able to cope with emergencies. • Has successfully completed the required training program or its equivalent for Home Health Aides and has demonstrated competency. • Previous experience as a caregiver preferred. • Good time management skills.
