Lead healthcare workflow implementation, manage projects, and build scalable solutions across clinical and operational stakeholders.
Requires 5+ years in healthcare-related roles with experience in workflow design, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
Job Description: • Co-develop current- and future-state Shield workflows with customer stakeholders; translate needs into scalable solutions. • Lead implementation planning and execution: workflow documentation, SOPs, RACI, training approach, escalation paths, and go-live readiness. • Apply strong project management: workback plans, milestones, RAID logs, decision tracking, and structured customer/internal cadence. • Drive adoption and optimization post-launch by identifying friction, leading root-cause problem solving, and implementing improvements. • Build repeatable playbooks to expand Shield across clinics, service lines, and sites within the IDN. • Partner with the SAM (strategic insights) and AEs (clinic-level feedback loop) to ensure rapid resolution of workflow barriers. • Identify and help activate education opportunities and scalable enablement resources. • Surface marketing/branding and corporate communications opportunities (e.g., launch milestones, expansions, success stories, potential press releases). Requirements: • 5+ years in health system implementations, customer success, clinical operations, healthcare consulting, diagnostics/lab operations, or similar. • Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships through active listening, needs discovery, and consultative problem solving. • Demonstrated workflow mapping/process design experience across clinical and operational stakeholders. • Strong project/program management capability leading cross-functional workstreams with multiple dependencies. • Excellent written/verbal communication; comfortable with clinical, operational, and executive audiences. • Preferred Experience with IDNs and multi-site enterprise rollouts. • Familiarity with specimen logistics and/or lab operations. • PMP/CAPM/ Prosci /Lean/Six Sigma (or equivalent) a plus.
