Role Overview: As a Senior Field Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining complex engineering systems onsite. Your expertise will ensure the reliability and efficiency of client operations while providing exceptional technical support and service. What You'll Do: - You will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of engineering equipment and systems. - You will troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime. - You will collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and improvements. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed. - You will provide training and guidance to junior field service staff. - You will ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all onsite activities. - You will communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. What You Bring: - You have at least 5 years of experience in field service or technical support roles. - You possess strong knowledge of engineering systems and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting. - You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - You hold relevant certifications or technical qualifications related to field service. - You have strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
