Requirements Must have: We are seeking candidates with proven experience in setting up and installing PCs. Applicants should possess a strong understanding of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, along with effective troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues. You should have experience working independently in a fast-paced support environment and previous exposure to help desk or application support roles. Additionally, a willingness to work 12-hour rotating DAY/NIGHT shifts is essential. Responsibilities: In this role, you will provide onsite IT help desk support on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. Your tasks will include installing, maintaining, and securing Factory PCs in accordance with company standards, and conducting routine security patching to address vulnerabilities in factory systems. You will ensure complete compliance with information security standards, which includes antivirus management, Windows updates, and endpoint oversight. You will also support global IT projects aimed at enhancing factory systems, diagnose technical issues on-site, and maintain desktop software license compliance. Monitoring system alerts and performance dashboards will be part of your responsibilities, and you will work closely with global IT teams to align with organizational standards and practices. Additionally, you may assist with planned maintenance and develop light automation scripts while utilizing GenAI to improve solutions.
