Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at GTT, LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bilingual customer base by providing timely and effective assistance. This role is designed for individuals who are fluent in both Spanish and English and are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in both Spanish and English. - You will resolve customer issues related to network services, billing, and technical support. - You will document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns. - You will provide support for HR-related inquiries and Workday system assistance. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Workday or HR help desk support. - Previous experience in the telecommunications or network services industry. - Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English. - Certification in customer service or related fields.
