Manager, Integration Platforms Location: Remote (U.S.) Company HQ: Houston, TX Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 base Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on, non-development technology leader to own and deliver complex client-facing digital integration initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery—driving execution from planning through launch while coordinating across executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams. This is a player-coach role for someone who understands enterprise integration platforms, system landscapes, and delivery discipline, and who thrives in fast-paced digital transformation environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead digital implementation and integration projects from kickoff through delivery. • Own integration and ETL requirements across enterprise platforms. • Partner closely with executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive alignment and execution. • Lead architecture and design coordination, testing, documentation, and delivery efforts. • Facilitate project meetings, technical workshops, and steering committee sessions. • Own release management, deployment approvals, and change control processes. • Lead major incident response, escalation, and resolution. • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing integration and delivery team. • Drive continuous improvement across integration platforms, delivery processes, and tooling. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience with ETL or enterprise integration platforms (Boomi, Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Sterling). • Strong experience with APIs, real-time integrations, and enterprise platforms. • Solid SQL and relational database knowledge (SQL Server preferred). • Experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery teams. • Strong technical and business communication skills. • Proven ability to lead under pressure and drive execution. Nice to Have • Azure cloud experience. • Freight forwarding, logistics, or warehouse systems experience. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years leading cross-functional technical teams. • 5+ years in enterprise integration or digital delivery roles.
