Lead Architect (CTH) Location: Remote Duration: 3 months Contract-to-Hire Role Overview: Lead Architect required to guide technology decisions and design of cloud-native services across Medicaid healthcare projects. Must be self-motivated with strong platform integration skills, cloud expertise, and experience collaborating across diverse technical and business teams. Responsibilities: • Lead technical architecture efforts for cloud-based platform enhancements. • Design data flows and integration strategies spanning Salesforce, Medicaid, and CRM systems. • Provide hands-on guidance to development teams, ensuring architectural standards. • Support AI-enabled automation and platform modernization. • Engage with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels to capture and prioritize requirements. Qualifications: • Significant experience designing and deploying cloud services on Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure. • AI certification or demonstrable experience with AI/ML platforms preferred. • Experience with CRM/Salesforce integration (AgentForce a plus). • Proven leadership and technical mentorship capabilities. • Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
