Full Description

Role: AEM Tech Lead Location: Lebanon, NJ (Hybrid Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Interview Mode: Video Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end AEM solution design and implementation, including templates, components, workflows, and integrations. • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements. • Oversee code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. • Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practices. • Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and resolve technical issues. • Stay up to date with Adobe Experience Cloud and recommend enhancements. • Participate in architecture governance and review processes. Required Qualifications: • 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture / AEM roles, with proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Hands-on expertise with AEM Sites, OSGi, Sling, JCR, Dispatcher. • Proficiency in Java, JSP, HTL, Sightly, and front-end frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Strong knowledge of cloud deployments (Adobe Managed Services, AWS, Azure). • Familiarity with integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs). • Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven. • Adobe Certified Expert AEM Sites Architect/Developer preferred.
