As we continue our national growth and digital transformation journey, we are seeking a Head of Digital & Strategy to lead enterprise-wide innovation, strategic initiatives, digital modernization, and business transformation efforts. About the Role The Head of Digital & Strategy is a senior executive leadership position responsible for developing and executing GT Independence's digital vision and strategic roadmap. This leader will partner closely with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and drive innovation across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute GT Independence's enterprise digital and business strategy. • Lead organization-wide digital transformation initiatives and modernization efforts. • Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, customer experience, and scalability through technology and process innovation. • Partner with executive leadership to support long-range planning, growth initiatives, and market expansion strategies. • Utilize data, analytics, and business intelligence to drive strategic decisions. • Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing complex strategic programs. • Evaluate emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and digital solutions that drive business value. • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure strategic initiative outcomes. • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational excellence. • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on business strategy, transformation, and innovation opportunities. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. • Progressive leadership experience in digital transformation, strategy, consulting, business operations, or technology leadership. • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and organizational change. • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities. • Experience working across multiple business functions and executive stakeholders. • Exceptional communication, influence, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications • Master's degree (MBA or related advanced degree). • Experience within healthcare, HCBS, Medicaid, financial services, or highly regulated industries. • Experience leading digital product, technology, innovation, or transformation teams. • Strong understanding of customer experience strategy, process optimization, and operational excellence.
