Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Specialty Foods Distributor Sales Representative located in Nashville, TN. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, conducting client visits, creating proposals, negotiating deals, and maintaining accurate sales records. Collaboration with the internal team and understanding of the product line is essential to effectively meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications • Sales and negotiation skills, with proven ability to identify and close opportunities • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities for effective customer interaction • Knowledge of specialty food products and the foodservice industry • Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Proficiency in communication and the use of CRM and sales software • Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to work independently • Prior experience in sales or the food distribution sector is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial • Willingness to travel locally for client visits
