We are currently recruiting for a newly created role for an incredible business who are growing at pace, based within their New York office. Working in a multi-faceted primary support role, the successful candidate will provide PA support to the General Manager, alongside managing office administration and HR duties for the US business, head quartered in New York. The day to day duties for the successful PA and Office Manager will include: • Providing exceptional PA support to the General Manager, ensuring that you are continually creating time for the General Manager by removing their administrative responsibilities. • Leading on HR administration for 3 US offices, to include liaising closely with an external HR provider, managing all onboarding and exiting experiences for all employees, ensuring a smooth and seamless process. • Managing HR for the US including employment contract and all personnel administration. • Preparing monthly payroll in partnership with the organisations Accountant. • Upholding first line support for any administration and HR related queries. • Organising regular team events and incentives which contribute to a fulfilling and fun work environment. What we are looking for: • Strong experience across PA duties, office management and HR administration support. • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and across multiple projects simultaneously. • The ability to work at pace as part of a business which favours speed. • Experience within a start-up or scale up business will be highly advantageous. • Fluent English communication skills are essential for this role and conversational or above Spanish will be highly advantageous.
