Digital (Paid Media) Marketing Manager Are you ready to own and optimize a million-dollar budget as the US Performance Marketing leader for a fast-scaling mobility platform? Join a Series B company who are looking for their first Digital (Paid Media) Marketing Manager hire in the US. You will own the entire channel strategy, from SEO and Paid Social to Affiliates, in a fast-paced, B2C e-commerce environment. The successful Digital (Paid Media) Marketing Manager will have: • 3–6 years experience in Marketing Analytics or related data-driven fields. • A highly analytical, results-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset. • Expertise: Proficiency with core platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and tracking tools (GA4, GTM). You'll ensure top-notch attribution and build smart dashboards. • Budget Management: Proven ability to efficiently allocate a large budget and present persuasive, data-driven results to stakeholders (Co-Founders, GMs, Tech).
