Senior Business Analyst – SRE Maturity & Telemetry (Healthcare) Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C) Location: Remote We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis, reporting, and governance workstream of a large-scale SRE Modernization Program spanning 40+ healthcare applications. This role bridges technical insights with executive-level storytelling, enabling data-driven decisions and improved reliability outcomes across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities • Maintain a complete and continuously updated inventory, classification, and ownership map of all healthcare applications. • Drive and administer the SRE Capability & Telemetry Maturity Assessments across 40+ applications. • Analyze incident/problem/change data (primarily from ServiceNow) to evaluate hygiene, RCA effectiveness, trends, and reliability gaps. • Produce State of SRE reports, maturity scorecards, dashboards, and executive-level presentations. • Develop playbooks, runbooks, governance guidelines, and training materials to standardize SRE practices. • Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and adoption. Required Experience & Skills • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT operations or enterprise technology programs. • Strong background in healthcare IT or similarly regulated, high-risk environments. • Hands-on expertise with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred). • Strong data analysis skills using Excel/Google Sheets, basic SQL, or BI tools. • Exceptional written communication, documentation, and executive reporting abilities. • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred / Nice to Have • Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts: SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, telemetry, postmortems. • Experience developing maturity models, capability assessments, or operational scorecards. • Familiarity with Grafana, Power BI, or ServiceNow Performance Analytics. • Understanding of observability and monitoring ecosystems.
