Assistant for Influencer Marketing Are you ready to jump into a rewarding career with a well-known brand? We are seeking a motivated Influencer Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic growth marketing team! In this role, you will take charge of the entire influencer marketing process—from sourcing and outreach to negotiating contracts and coordinating logistics. You'll manage ongoing campaigns and ensure high-quality content creation, ultimately contributing to campaign and performance reporting. Note: Salary will be determined based on your current skills and qualifications in relation to the job requirements. The Benefits • Permanent Work From Home setup Bonuses: • Attendance Bonus of $25 for every month of perfect attendance • Performance Bonus • Anniversary Bonus: PHP 5,000 for one year, PHP 10,000 for two years of service • Referral Bonus of $300 for every successful referral • Holiday Paid Time Off (PTO) of 7 days per year • Paid Time Off (PTO) of 6 days per year • Prepaid Health Card Key Responsibilities: • Identify and compile a list of qualified affiliates/influencers aligned with our brand parameters such as followers count, engagement, and content relevance. • Maintain tracking spreadsheets and provide regular reports on outreach efforts and response rates. • Conduct templated outreach via email and manage administrative tasks related to influencer coordination. • Communicate any issues regarding influencer contracts and deliverables promptly. • Assist in closing contracts with influencers. • Prepare brief project documents, ensuring influencers understand our product messaging and content guidelines. • Conduct quality checks on ongoing campaigns and ensure content adherence to guidelines. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Collaborate with 30 influencers per month. • Engage with 25-30 inbound creator requests. Community Engagement: • Moderate discussions and group activities to maintain an engaging environment. • Promptly address any issues or conflicts to foster a positive community. • Regularly solicit feedback to understand community needs and preferences. • Assist in organizing events such as webinars, live Q&A sessions, or product demos to enhance engagement. • Utilize Facebook Insights to analyze engagement metrics and improve community strategies. • Conduct monthly reviews to refine audience targeting and messaging strategies. The Requirements: • At least 2 years of experience with influencer or affiliate marketing campaigns. • Familiarity with platforms like AspireIQ, GRIN, or similar. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets. • Experience using Notion or similar task management tools is a plus. • Availability to work in CST hours.
