Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Type: DoD SkillBridge Fellowship (3–6 months, full-time) About the Fellowship Growth Vantage helps service members launch civilian careers by creating career transition fellowships through the DoD SkillBridge program. As a fellow, you’ll gain hands-on experience in HR and Talent Operations while supporting a growth-focused company. This role is designed to help you explore a civilian career path in human resources, talent management, and people operations. You must be approved for the DoD SkillBridge program to apply. Role Overview As an HR & Talent Coordinator Fellow, you’ll work closely with a company’s People team to support recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience. This fellowship blends your military-honed organizational and leadership skills with exposure to modern HR practices in a business environment. What you’ll do: • Support recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications • Assist with onboarding new team members and ensuring smooth transitions • Help maintain HR systems, records, and documentation • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company culture projects • Provide operational support across talent and HR functions What You Bring • Strong organizational and communication skills • Discipline, adaptability, and teamwork mindset from military service • Interest in people operations, HR, or talent acquisition as a civilian career path • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Gain • Real-world experience in human resources and talent management • Structured onboarding, mentorship, and career coaching from Growth Vantage • Exposure to HR tech, people operations, and recruiting workflows • Civilian career launchpad into HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations roles This is a remote position.
