Role Overview This is a full-cycle, high-energy recruiting role focused on sourcing and placing high-caliber talent from public accounting, audit/tax, advisory, finance, and other professional-services backgrounds. You will manage a fast-moving pipeline, own your searches end-to-end, and play a key role in supporting major national client engagements and additional clients as business needs evolve. What You’ll Do · Source top audit, tax, advisory, finance, and consulting talent · Run energetic, fast-paced screening calls that convert. · Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing → screening → presenting → client management → close. · Maintain a healthy req load of 8–12 active roles. · Accelerate candidates and clients quickly through the pipeline. · Track metrics, activity, and weekly performance. · Communicate clearly, directly, and with urgency. · Build deep networks in public accounting and professional services.
