Summary We are looking for a Staff React Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve scalable, high-performance front-end solutions. In this role, you will act as a senior technical authority, contributing hands-on while also shaping architectural decisions, defining engineering standards, and guiding teams toward best practices. As a Staff Engineer, you bring deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks—particularly React—and a strong ability to solve complex technical problems. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams, influence long-term technical direction, and mentor engineers to elevate overall code quality and delivery excellence. Education •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Professional Experience •8+ years of experience building and maintaining software applications. •5+ years of professional experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. •3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications with React. Soft Skills Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Proven mentoring and coaching capabilities. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Openness to continuous learning and adopting new technologies. Required Skills Expert-level proficiency with React.js and modern front-end technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS). Strong experience with application architecture, performance optimization, and state management in React-based systems. Hands-on experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs and front-end integration patterns. Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL) from a consumption and integration perspective. Experience implementing and maintaining unit tests and front-end quality practices. Proficiency with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab). Experience working within Agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Familiarity with containerization and deployment concepts (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong understanding of application security principles (e.g., OWASP, OAuth). Experience optimizing application performance, including caching strategies and code-level improvements.
