Summary We are looking for a Technical Architect specialized in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence and Marketing Cloud Personalization to design, implement, and evolve data-driven marketing and personalization solutions for Offprem’s customers. In this role, you will lead technical solution design end-to-end, defining architectures, data flows, and integration patterns that enable scalable analytics and real-time personalization. You will oversee build quality and remain hands-on when needed—configuring, developing, validating, or testing components to ensure solutions are measurable, reliable, and aligned with client goals. This position blends deep technical architecture ownership with client-facing collaboration, requiring the ability to explain complex technical concepts, communicate trade-offs, and guide both technical and business stakeholders. Salesforce Data360 plays a supporting role within the architecture, and experience leveraging unified customer data for analytics and personalization is a strong plus. Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Professional Experience • 5+ years of experience in technical architecture, MarTech engineering, or advanced Salesforce implementations. • Proven experience working with Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) and/or Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio). • Strong background in designing data-driven marketing analytics and personalization solutions. • Experience in client-facing roles, leading technical design and implementation decisions. Soft Skills • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to bridge technical architecture and business objectives. • Comfortable working with complex, data-intensive products. • Clear communicator, able to guide both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused. Required Skills • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including: • Data modeling and security • Automation using Salesforce Flow • Integration patterns and best practices • Experience designing Flow-driven solutions and determining when Apex or integrations are required • Experience architecting solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud) • Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences • Comfort working across industries and adapting solutions to evolving business needs Key Responsibilities Architecture & Technical Leadership • Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable technical architectures. • Design end-to-end data flows supporting analytics, reporting, and personalization use cases. • Lead technical design discussions and guide implementation teams. • Clearly communicate architectural trade-offs, constraints, and recommendations to stakeholders. • Review build work to ensure quality, scalability, and alignment with architectural standards. • Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and data flow artifacts. Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI) • Architect cross-channel marketing analytics solutions. • Design and manage data ingestion, normalization, and harmonization processes. • Build and maintain automated pipelines using APIs, connectors, and integrations. • Define KPI frameworks and design dashboards that support measurement and decision-making. • Ensure marketing data quality, consistency, and governance. • Nice to have: Python for data processing or analytics automation. Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) • Design real-time personalization architectures. • Configure Site Map rules, decision logic, and interaction flows. • Implement behavioral tracking and event configuration. • Develop and maintain JavaScript logic for personalization and tracking. • Design audience segmentation and decisioning logic. • Support rule-based and AI-driven personalization use cases. Core Technical Architect Competencies • End-to-end solution ownership from design through delivery. • Strong understanding of integration patterns and data flow design. • Ability to lead architecture documentation and technical standards. • Confident, client-facing technical leadership. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Salesforce Data360 or similar CDP platforms. • Data ingestion, modeling, and activation experience. • Understanding of identity resolution concepts. • Strong familiarity with the MarTech ecosystem. • 2+ years of experience in data modeling. • CDP experience strongly preferred. • 2–3 Salesforce certifications or equivalent experience, such as: -Marketing Cloud Personalization -Marketing Cloud Intelligence -Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant -Health Cloud or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional -Salesforce Architect certifications At Growth Acceleration Partners, we're an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
