Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong foundation in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. In this role, you will lead technical solutioning across a variety of client industries, designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions while working closely with clients and delivery teams. This position blends hands-on Salesforce expertise with a consultative mindset. You will guide discovery, architecture, and delivery across multiple Salesforce clouds, ensuring solutions align with business goals, follow best practices, and are delivered successfully in fast-paced consulting environments. Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Professional Experience • 2–5 years of experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions • Proven success in client-facing roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Consultant • Experience working in consulting, partner, or agile delivery environments Soft Skills • Consultative and client-focused mindset • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Adaptability and comfort working in dynamic environments • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams • Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal Required Skills • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including: -Configuration and declarative customization -Automation using Salesforce Flows -Integration best practices • Hands-on experience implementing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (additional clouds are a plus) • Ability to run discovery sessions, document requirements, and translate them into scalable configurations • Experience delivering fixed-scope or rapid implementation projects • Familiarity with agile delivery models and consulting environments • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to business stakeholders • Ability to work across disciplines and adapt to unfamiliar technologies or business processes Key Responsibilities • Lead solution discovery and technical design across multiple Salesforce clouds and implementations • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions • Facilitate discovery sessions, lead design workshops, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project delivery • Oversee and participate in build and quality assurance activities • Deliver fixed-scope or rapid implementation Salesforce projects using best practices • Collaborate as part of a project team alongside internal stakeholders and external clients • Mentor internal team members and contribute to technical standards and best practices • Demonstrate strong passion for Salesforce solutions and foster effective team collaboration Preferred Qualifications • 2–5 years of Salesforce solution design and delivery experience in a consulting or partner environment • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and standard automation tools (Flows, validation rules, approvals) • Experience supporting: -Data imports -Basic integrations -Go-live readiness and deployment best practices • Comfort managing multiple concurrent projects with tight timelines • 2–3 Salesforce certifications, such as: -Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator -Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II -Salesforce Certified Business Analyst -Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder -Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant -Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant At Growth Acceleration Partners, we're an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
