Summary We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) Engineer to join our growing Salesforce practice and support the design, configuration, and optimization of personalized marketing journeys. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio) who can translate marketing strategies into actionable, data-driven customer experiences. You will collaborate with marketing, data, and engineering teams to enhance personalization efforts, optimize campaign performance, and ensure seamless integration across Salesforce Marketing Cloud products. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Information Systems, or related field. Professional Experience 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP / Interaction Studio). Proven experience designing and implementing personalized journeys, real-time interactions, and data-driven audience segmentation. Soft Skills Advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and technical stakeholders. Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-starter with a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and technology adoption. Required Technical Skills Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP / Interaction Studio). Experience building and managing data extensions, segments, and event-driven triggers. Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration, A/B testing, and real-time decisioning. Familiarity with Marketing Cloud products such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or AMPscript for template and content customization. Experience working with APIs and data integrations between Salesforce and external systems. Proficiency with SQL for querying and managing marketing data. Understanding of marketing attribution, performance measurement, and campaign reporting. Nice to Have Skills Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, or Einstein AI for personalization. Exposure to data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and marketing governance frameworks.
