Summary We are seeking an On-Prem Infrastructure Engineer to support private data center environments and enterprise infrastructure operations. This role combines traditional IT systems expertise with hands-on physical data center work. You will support colocation facilities, server and network hardware, virtualization platforms, and general infrastructure reliability. Professional Experience •3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or data center operations •Experience working in colocation or private data center environments Key Responsibilities •Support on-premises data centers (Greater Cincinnati area) •Perform rack mounting and hardware installation (Dell, Cisco equipment) •Assist with VMware administration •Manage Microsoft infrastructure (Active Directory, Windows Server) •Support networking configuration and troubleshooting •Maintain physical and logical infrastructure reliability •Collaborate with cloud and Kubernetes teams when needed Required Skills •Windows Server & Active Directory •VMware administration •Networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls) •Physical hardware installation and troubleshooting •Experience with Dell & Cisco hardware Nice to Have •Hybrid cloud exposure •Linux administration •Basic scripting At Growth Acceleration Partners, we're an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
