Hours: Wednesday-Saturday 7am - 3:30pm, must be able to work overtime (Mandatory) The employee is responsible for assisting with general warehouse operations, including but not limited to loading and unloading products. Other assigned general labor duties will also be required. Solve merchandise for shipment to a warehouse location or as directed by supervisors. Maintain product integrity through proper handling. Shrink-wrap merchandise on pallets. Transport merchandise directly to the shipping area when necessary. Follow company policies and procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Perform other assigned duties. Qualifications and Required Experience: More than 1 year of experience in a similar role in a warehouse environment is required. Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Ability to read and understand loading instructions. Basic math skills. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift weights up to 75 lbs (34 kg) continuously. Ability to operate pallet jacks safely. Excellent attendance is required; must be able to work long hours as required by the company, especially during peak seasons. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperatures. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as needed by the company.
