The Opportunity We’re looking for a Provider Marketing, Acquisition Associate to drive the growth of our national provider network. In this role, you’ll own acquisition touchpoints that attract, engage, and convert prospective providers — from managing listings and outreach campaigns to running referral and paid marketing programs. You’ll balance operational precision with creative execution to ensure every marketing initiative is optimized for reach and conversion. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with the Recruitment and Growth teams as well as manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver measurable results at speed. What You'll Be Doing: Provider Acquisition & Outreach Maintain and optimize job listings, outreach campaigns, and acquisition workflows to support network expansion. Launch and manage new ad content across paid channels (social, job boards, etc.). Partner with internal teams and agencies to develop creative assets that drive engagement and elevate brand storytelling. Test, analyze, and refine acquisition tactics to improve visibility, quality, and conversion rates. Referral Program Management Oversee daily operations of the provider referral program, ensuring timely and accurate tracking and reward payouts. Monitor referral funnel performance, identifying opportunities to improve participation and conversion. Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure consistent delivery and brand alignment. Data & Process Optimization Track acquisition metrics, provide performance insights, and recommend improvements based on data. Identify process gaps and implement operational enhancements for scale and efficiency. Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Recruitment to ensure CRM data accuracy and lead flow integrity. You’ll Be a Good Fit If: You have 3+ years of experience in growth operations or performance marketing (healthcare tech experience a plus). You have experience with HubSpot, digital ads, and performance marketing tools. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. You have proven ability managing recurring workflows and optimizing for speed and accuracy. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort managing external vendors. You have experience producing or editing creative assets (Canva, Figma, etc.) a plus. Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is Hybrid Commitment: $81,000- $90,000 Fully Remote Commitment: $67,000- $75,000 This role can be hybrid (onsite from our NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub location three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) or fully remote. Both arrangements include travel 2–3 times per year (e.g., company and department offsites). The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate’s working location.
