Who We Are Seeking / Qualifications Grow By Three has developed a new brand to lead our community efforts, and is seeking a Digital Media Producer & Creator who can understand our vision, and support development of our platform. The Digital Media Producer & Creator we are seeking is excited about being a part of something new. They are organized, can communicate their ideas well to others, enjoy the creative process, and have a proven track record of bringing deliverables to fruition. The perfect candidate is an excellent problem-solver, and feels confident about their ability to deliver creative solutions at all budget scales. Our Needs We are looking for a Digital Media Producer & Creator who can: • Grasp our vision and develop an applicable plan for media and content; • Produce and/or oversee key projects for the brand, which may involve photo, video, social posts, web content, podcasts, animations, and more; • Coordinate timelines, production schedules, and workflows; • Communicate clearly and transparently about project progression; • Pitch ideas that connect with topics related to leadership, higher education, professional and organizational excellence, personal and professional growth, wellness, culture, and more; • Deploy advanced skills in general writing, editing, scriptwriting, storyboarding, storytelling, and briefing; • Implement a strong understanding of digital platforms and their formats/audiences; • Collaborate closely with other team members during all stages of the creative process; • Use working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Google Suite, and Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro; • Adhere to strict rules related to plagiarism, use of AI, and confidentiality; • Be responsive to email communications; • Incorporate SEO expertise; and • Work independently. Time Commitment and Location At this time, we are seeking a Digital Media Producer & Creator who can work 10-20 hours per week between the months of March and August 2026. No specific location required. Application Requirements Applicants should provide: • a résumé, • brief statement of interest, • a past deliverable that they are proud of, and • a sample piece of creative or scripted writing (no more than three pages). We welcome incorporation of safe links to past work, or a portfolio, within the statement of interest! Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
