The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in the nautical or luxury industry, in-depth knowledge of the Americas markets, and a true passion for premium customer service and commercial excellence. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow Lagoon’s market share across the Americas. • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, business partners, and key clients. • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth. • Train and support local sales teams, ensuring alignment with Lagoon’s commercial vision. • Ensure proper follow-up and smooth after-sales operations across the network. • Frequent international travel and participation in major industry events. 🎯 Qualifications • Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the nautical or luxury sector. • Experience managing and developing an international dealer network. • Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and expertise in strategic partnerships. • Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a strong plus. • Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a clear drive for results.
