The Sales Operations Assistant is responsible for maintaining trade sales account information in the Siebel CRM database and auditing agency lists to ensure sales accuracy. Additional duties include processing Travel Advisor Discount bookings, verifying ACH information, and assisting with special projects.
Candidates should have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly with pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills a must (Pivot tables, and Vlookup) * Exceptional attention to detail- must ensure accurate work and ability to self-edit data input * Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Competent in mathematics and routine computational tasks EXPERIENCE PREFERRED The preferred candidate has noteworthy experience in the following areas: * * * Capable of navigating difficult conversations with tact and professionalism * Capable of performing independent and comprehensive research * Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning * Dedicated team player who is both self-directed and willing to multitask on various projects * Strategic and future-oriented mindset * Able to collaborate across departments THE POSITION The Sales Operations Assistant is responsible for the following results: * Build and maintain trade sales account information in Siebel CRM database, including account level moves/adds/changes in a timely manner. * Audit/reconcile agency lists in order to maintain sales. * * Qualify and process Travel Advisor Discount (TAD) & Suite Rewards (SR) bookings from the Travel Advisor Portal (TAP) while ensuring accuracy. Submit appropriate forms to Tour Revenue department. * Verify ACH information with agencies and work with accounting to ensure proper set up. * Assist with reconciling Consortia roster updates in Siebel CRM, including commission adjustments and audits. * Qualify, track and pay out bonus commissions for advisors. * Assist with processing contracts and goal tracking. * Assist with special projects and research as needed. * Protecting business operations by keeping information confidential. * Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities. * Contributing to a team effort by accomplishing related results or projects, including helping in other departments. EDUCATION The preferred candidate will hold a associate’s degree in a related field; or 2 to 4 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. THE DEPARTMENT Travel Agency Sales consists of Senior Directors, Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Inside Sales Managers. The team increases sales for over 9,000 of our travel agency partners. They share product and destination information, promotions and incentives, and sales and marketing tools to help our agencies market and sell to their clients. Our Field Sales team (Business Development Managers) visit agencies, meet with owners/managers, conduct product trainings, and attend many industry shows/conferences to spread the Globus news. Our Account Managers support the three key verticals (National Accounts, Key Accounts and Strategic Accounts) along with Senior Directors. Our Inside Sales Managers conducts call campaigns, e-mail campaigns, and provide marketing flyers and tools to help educate the travel agent community.
