We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant & Data Analyst to join our team. This is a unique hybrid role designed for someone who loves numbers—not just in a general ledger, but also in performance dashboards. You will be the backbone of our daily financial operations while acting as a key player inanalyzing agency productivity and client ad performance. If you enjoy cleaning up books in QuickBooks and then jumping into Google Sheets to find insights in Google Ads data, we want to talk to you. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives both independently and collaboratively. They possess strong communication skills, confidence in working with executive and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Financial Management - Manage all day-to-day accounting functions using QuickBooks Online. - Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, including client invoicing and vendor payments. - Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in closing the books. - Ensure all financial data is accurately reflected in Google Sheets reporting for internal tracking. Data Analysis - Audit and analyze time-tracking data within ClickUp across clients, employees and services to identify bottlenecks and trends - Identify/interpret digital campaign trends and changes in key metrics for social & SEM channels - Analytics oversight, with more real-time escalation of anomalies in traffic, key events and conversions (identify including broken forms, etc) - Google Tag Manager tracking tag implementation and health analysis Experience & Requirements - Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (Agency experience is a plus). - Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas are a must). - Tool Fluency: Experience with ClickUp (or similar PM tools) and an understanding of Google AdWords reporting. - Analytical Mindset: You don’t just report the numbers; you look for the "why" behind them. - Communication: Ability to explain financial and performance data to non-analytical team members.
