At least 2 years agency experience, strong communication and organizational skills, strategic and creative thinking, general knowledge of digital advertising, email marketing, CRM platforms, and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Zoom, ClickUp, and Google Suites.
The Junior Account Manager is responsible for supporting day-to-day management and communication on multiple home builder accounts in collaboration with the Account Supervisor with the end goal of driving project efficiencies while maintaining the highest level of customer service. This is an integral agency role in a fast-paced environment with direct client interaction via video calls, phone calls, and email. • Serve as the primary point of contact for a small group assigned home builder clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships and consistent client satisfaction. • Lead regular client meetings, ensuring clear communication of project goals, timelines, and deliverables. • Act as the voice of the client inside the agency, act as the voice of the agency to the client • Develop strategic multi-channel marketing plans tailored to individual client goals to ultimately sell new homes • Facilitate the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for home builder clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, digital, and production, to ensure campaigns are on-brand and aligned with client objectives. • Willing to become an expert in understanding home builder marketing, from strategy to planning and execution. • Promote continued partnership and satisfaction between agency and client • Manage and execute creative projects with precision and care, from planning to presentation. • Anticipate client needs and plan/present effective solutions • Commit to developing expertise in homebuilder marketing through continued learning. • Be an active participant and contributor in agency meetings, sharing your thoughts and insights. • Collaborate/work with other Account Managers to drive efficiencies and support a team mentality. Qualifications: • At least 2 years of agency experience • Highly effective communication and organizational skills. • Ability to communicate across multiple departments. • An enthusiastic attitude towards recognizing challenges and developing solutions. • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and collaboratively. • General knowledge of digital advertising including PPC, SEO, social media, and content marketing. • General knowledge of email marketing platforms CRM Platforms • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and measuring website traffic. • Working knowledge of Zoom, ClickUp, and Google Suites is a plus. • Experience working on a home builder or real estate account or for a home builder is a plus but not required.
