This role is critical to driving product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with our clients' target streaming audience and differentiate offerings to existing customers, enabling upselling, cross-selling, and retention. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained growth. The primary focus is on future growth to meet customers “where they are” (platforms they use, content they consume, cultural relevance). Also requires more agile, digital-first tactics instead of classic long-cycle campaigns. Increase automation, real-time optimization, and lifecycle triggers. There will also be a heavy focus on social media, creators, emerging platforms, and relevant partnerships. Ability to collaborate with influencers, digital communities, and possibly complementary brands and build micro-campaigns for niche audiences. Key Responsibilities Job responsibilities: Essential Functions: Develop succinct and powerful go-to-market briefs for all acquisition campaigns, initiatives, and tentpoles across multiple audiences, including Hispanics. Lead/own campaign plan of record and workback schedules for assigned acquisition campaigns. Drive go-to-market execution and orchestration to ensure strategy consistency and optimization through all channels and for all audiences. Work with competitive insights, trends, and substantiation to inform go-to-market plan. Collaborate with numerous internal stakeholders to ensure seamless marketing execution across all channels/tactics—advertising, paid media, PR, dotcom and other sales channels, legal, brand/messaging, and more. Position type Full time Job Qualifications · Proactive and independent leadership of strategic portfolio (experience in identifying opportunities, developing and executing strategic roadmap) · Proven record of accountability to deliver initiatives in alignment with the program roadmap · 2-5 + years of communications or campaign strategy experience for large to mid-sized enterprise with emphasis on automation, personalization, and efficiency (Subscription Service / SVOD experience preferred) · Excellent communication and storytelling skills · Experience in Video, streaming services, entertainment, and the sports industry · Familiarity with Braze Real-Time Customer Engagement Platform or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Enterprise Cross-Channel Marketing Platform · Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing platforms · Bachelor’s, MBA, or advanced degree in Marketing or Business · Microsoft Suite of Products · The role is virtual; you can work from anywhere in the US
