Role Summary: As the Paid Social & Search Campaign Manager for Group III International, you will drive the digital advertising strategy and execution for our SWISSGEAR brand and other accounts, optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and additional commerce platforms. This role requires advanced knowledge of Meta Ads and at least intermediate knowledge of one or more of the following: Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Walmart Connect, Pinterest Ads, or Target Product Ads. You will collaborate closely with eCommerce, digital marketing, and content teams to launch and manage campaigns, refine targeting, and generate actionable insights to elevate our brand performance. You will turn business goals into a clear Paid Social plan across prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty, and pair strong Paid Social craft (creative + audience + signal) with growing multi-channel understanding (Search, Commerce, CRM, Creative). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Set the strategy and execute high-performance Google, Bing, Meta, and commerce-platform campaigns, ensuring proper setup and optimization toward target KPIs. • Paid Social Planning: Turn business goals into a clear Paid Social plan across prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and growth targets. • Multi-Channel Craft: Pair strong Paid Social expertise (creative + audience + signal) with increasing multi-channel understanding across Search, Commerce, CRM, and Creative functions. • Optimization & ROI Maximization: Monitor ad performance across platforms, analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments to ensure campaigns stay on budget and meet ROI goals. • Collaboration & Cross-Channel Consistency: Work alongside the eCommerce and marketing teams to align campaign strategies. Coordinate with creative teams to maintain consistent messaging and visual identity. • Audience & Market Research: Conduct extensive research into audience behavior, demographics, placements, and platform trends to enhance targeting and competitive positioning. • Campaign Reporting & Analytics: Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations. Use tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and data from the interface from platforms such as Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP and Walmart Connect. • Client Proposal Development & Strategy Support: Assist in developing proposals, bringing platform expertise to guide recommendations and campaign structures. • Proactive Optimization & Best Practices: Regularly scrub accounts for issues, oversee pixel and signal tracking, and adjust campaigns using industry best practices. • Creative & Messaging Optimization: Update copy and visuals based on performance insights, using dynamic and AI-powered tools when relevant. • Partner & Platform Relationship Management: Attend weekly or bi-weekly meetings with advertising executives from Amazon, Google, Meta, and Walmart to strengthen strategic relationships, stay informed on the latest product updates, and ensure alignment on business goals and long-term growth strategies. Requirements: • Advanced experience managing Meta campaigns, with proven results in scaling Paid Social. • Intermediate or stronger knowledge of at least one of the following: Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Product Ads, Pinterest Ads. • Track record of meeting KPIs and improving brand visibility. • Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and similar platforms. • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. • Proactive digital thinker with strong problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments.
