Group 1 Automotive owns and operates automotive dealerships and collision centers in the United States and United Kingdom. We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Data Analytics Manager to join our Procurement / Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will possess a blend of technical, analytical, and strategic capabilities. Analyze spending data to identify trends, opportunities and risks across suppliers and dealerships. Collaborate with managers and sourcing teams to support strategic initiatives and data-driven insights. Translate data into actionable recommendations for sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and risk mitigation. Lead data cleansing, enrichment and classification efforts to ensure high-quality procurement data. Implement and manage procurement analytics tools and platforms (i.e. Power BI & Qlik). Proficiency with AI-driven and technical tools Support supplier segmentation and risk analysis using internal and external data sources. Partner with IT and Finance to ensure data integration and alignment across systems. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision making. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in procurement analytics and digital transformation. Qualifications Capabilities: Excellent communication skills, with experience in presenting to executive audiences. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to drive results with cross-functional teams in a global organization. Initiative to own complex projects. Demonstrated business acumen and technical skills required to ensure analytical rigor with teams. Highly motivated and able to manage complex problems to results. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 5-7 years of experience in procurement data analytics. Preferred Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge: VLOOKUP/XLLOOKUP, Power Query, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
