Position Title: Operations/Logistics Lead and Sales Support Reports To: Operations Manager Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview To lead, optimize, and execute the end-to-end operations and logistics processes in North America, while serving as a key support function to the sales organization. This role ensures efficient order fulfillment, logistics excellence, inventory controls, and cross-functional alignment to support revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency. This role is ideally suited to an energetic, motivated and committed team member that is keen to be a key player in a growing company that is becoming established in North America, EU and Australia. Key Responsibilities · Lead North America operations and logistics · Support procurement · Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment and forecasting · Coordinate order processing between sales, warehouse, and logistics teams. · Support implementation of operational process improvements and systems updates. · Liaise with logistics partners and warehouses to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders. · Provide NA Sales Support and assist with lead gen and sprint campaigns Key Skills and Attributes · Strong organizational and communication skills. · Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. · Proficiency in CRM systems and ERP platforms. · Intermediate to advanced Excel or data analysis skills. · Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving approach. · Experience in B2B sales support, logistics coordination & international operations Qualifications · Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales coordination, operations support, or similar role. · Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or Supply Chain preferred. · Experience in a global or multi-region business environment is advantageous.
