Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition and revenue growth by engaging prospective clients and closing sales. What You'll Do: - You will engage and qualify inbound leads through phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will follow up persistently with potential clients to understand their estate planning needs. - You will present and explain our legal services clearly and persuasively. - You will close sales by overcoming objections and negotiating terms effectively. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will contribute to improving sales processes and share feedback with management. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in professional services or a law firm. - You are bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You possess a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build rapport quickly. - You are self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a hybrid or remote setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience specifically in estate planning or legal services sales. - Familiarity with South Florida market and client demographics. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish. - Previous success working in a hybrid or remote sales environment.
