Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition and revenue growth by engaging prospective clients and closing sales. What You'll Do: - You will engage and qualify inbound leads through phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will follow up persistently with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored estate planning solutions. - You will close sales by effectively addressing objections and guiding prospects through the decision-making process. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the legal team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. - You will contribute to improving sales processes and strategies based on client feedback and market trends. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment. - You are bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, resilience, and a customer-centric mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience specifically in estate planning or legal services sales. - Familiarity with South Florida market and client demographics. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote/in-office setting. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish.
