Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Company Overview: Grimaldi Law Firm is a respected legal practice based in South Florida, specializing in estate planning and related services. Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition and revenue growth by engaging prospective clients and closing sales. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual who excels in communication and relationship-building within a professional services context. What You'll Do: - You will engage and qualify inbound leads through phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will follow up persistently with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored estate planning solutions. - You will close sales by effectively addressing objections and guiding prospects through the decision-making process. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with the legal team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay informed about legal services and sales techniques. - You will contribute to improving sales processes and client engagement strategies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse client base. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience specifically in estate planning or legal services sales. - Knowledge of South Florida market and client demographics. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish. - Background in customer service or client relationship management.
