What You'll Do: - You will engage and qualify inbound leads through phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and present tailored estate planning solutions. - You will follow up persistently with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline. - You will collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. - You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. - You will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will provide feedback to marketing and management to improve lead quality and sales processes. - You will represent the firm professionally and uphold its reputation in all client interactions. What You Bring: - Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in professional services or a law firm environment. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach. - Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience using CRM software to track sales activities. - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in estate planning or legal services sales. - Familiarity with South Florida market and client demographics. - Experience working in a hybrid or remote sales environment. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish.
