Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition and revenue growth by engaging prospective clients and closing sales. What You'll Do: - You will engage and qualify inbound leads with professionalism and persistence. - You will conduct sales calls and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients. - You will collaborate with the legal team to understand service offerings and tailor solutions. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry trends and sales techniques. - You will support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on lead quality and client needs. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in professional services or a law firm. - You are bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven sales track record. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in estate planning or legal services sales. - Familiarity with South Florida market and client demographics. - Previous remote or hybrid work experience. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish.
