Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Company Overview: Grimaldi Law Firm is a respected legal practice based in South Florida, specializing in estate planning and elder law. We are committed to providing compassionate, client-focused services and innovative legal solutions to help families protect their legacies. Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving client acquisition and revenue growth by engaging prospective clients through effective communication and relationship-building. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping clients secure their futures. What You'll Do: - You will engage and qualify inbound leads through phone calls and emails to understand client needs. - You will follow up persistently with potential clients to convert leads into consultations. - You will collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current on estate planning products and sales techniques. - You will provide feedback to management on client trends and potential service improvements. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in professional services or a law firm. - You are bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. - You possess strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and closing sales. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience specifically in estate planning or legal services sales. - Familiarity with South Florida market and client demographics. - Previous success working in a hybrid or remote sales environment. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish.
