Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition and revenue growth by engaging prospective clients and closing sales. What You'll Do: - You will engage and qualify inbound leads with professionalism and persistence. - You will conduct sales calls and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients. - You will manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. - You will collaborate with the legal team to understand service offerings and tailor sales approaches. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry trends and sales techniques. - You will contribute to the development of sales strategies and process improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm setting. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive sales approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience specifically in estate planning or legal services sales. - Familiarity with South Florida market and client demographics. - Previous remote or hybrid work experience. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish.
