What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in legal services or a related field. - You are bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. - You possess strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate resilience, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset. - You have the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in estate planning or legal services sales. - Familiarity with South Florida market and client demographics. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish. - Previous experience working in a hybrid or remote sales environment.
