Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition and revenue growth by engaging prospective clients and closing sales. What You'll Do: - You will engage and qualify inbound leads with professionalism and persistence. - You will conduct sales calls and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients. - You will collaborate with the legal team to understand service offerings and tailor solutions. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry trends and sales techniques. What You Bring: - You have 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in professional services or a law firm. - You are bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills. - You possess strong negotiation and closing abilities. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office. - You demonstrate a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience specifically in estate planning or legal services sales. - Familiarity with South Florida market and client demographics. - Previous success in a remote or hybrid sales role. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish.
