Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our estate planning services. You will engage with prospective clients, build strong relationships, and close sales with determination and professionalism, ensuring our clients receive the best legal solutions. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential clients and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities. - You will conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. - You will manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups. - You will close sales by overcoming objections and negotiating terms to meet client and firm goals. - You will collaborate with the legal team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - You will provide bilingual support, communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse client base. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and insights from client interactions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in legal services or a related field. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills with a client-focused mindset. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in estate planning or legal services sales. - Familiarity with South Florida market and client demographics. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish. - Background in customer service or client relationship management.
