Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our estate planning services. Your primary focus will be to engage prospective clients, build strong relationships, and close sales with persistence and professionalism. This role is ideal for a bilingual sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential clients through calls and emails to generate interest in our estate planning services. - You will qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent follow-up and conversion. - You will conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions that meet clients’ unique estate planning goals. - You will collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. - You will maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. - You will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the firm’s growth. - You will provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and concerns promptly. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current on estate planning products and sales techniques. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in legal services or financial planning. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse client base. - Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid remote work environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in estate planning, elder law, or related legal fields. - Familiarity with South Florida market and client demographics. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish. - Background in customer service or client relations within a law firm.
