Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Company Overview: Grimaldi Law Firm is a respected legal practice based in South Florida, specializing in estate planning and related services. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized, client-focused solutions with a commitment to integrity and excellence. Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition and revenue growth by engaging prospective clients and closing sales. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values building strong client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will engage and qualify inbound leads through phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored estate planning solutions. - You will manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping. - You will collaborate with legal professionals to ensure seamless client onboarding. - You will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client questions and objections. - You will contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies. - You will provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in professional services or a law firm. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. - Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team. - Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience specifically in estate planning or legal services sales. - Familiarity with South Florida market and client demographics. - Previous remote or hybrid work experience. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish.
