We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to recruit, develop, and manage a team of remote life insurance professionals. This role combines sales leadership, coaching, and performance management and is well suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and are passionate about developing others. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving team performance, maintaining high standards of client service, and supporting continued growth through effective leadership and strategy.
