• The CRM Operations Specialist is a critical remote or in-office role. This position supports the inside sales team of Senior Loan Officers (SLOs) by managing tools, systems, and processes to optimize efficiency and maximize lead conversion. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Lead Management: • Distribute leads efficiently within HubSpot. • Assign unclaimed mortgage applications from the POS system. • Tool Administration: • Manage and optimize online review platforms and SLO profiles. • Oversee appointment booking software configurations for SLOs. • Administer outbound call systems and phone number distributions. • Maintain and support the omnichannel communication system. • Ensure accurate representation through caller ID branding software. • Vendor and System Oversight: • Coordinate with third-party lead vendors to ensure quality and delivery. • Configure and maintain custom contact views in HubSpot for SLOs. • Reporting and Metrics: • Produce weekly HubSpot reports, detailing: • Lead conversion by source. • Lead status and lifecycle stage. • Share actionable insights to improve sales performance. Experience Requirements: • Prior experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related role. • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot proficiency is required). • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize sales tools and systems. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Adaptability and self-motivation in a fast-paced work environment.
