We’re looking for a driven, outgoing, and experienced marketing leader who thrives in client-facing environments and can support our business development efforts through impactful marketing strategies and partner engagement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are limited to the following: • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that support brand awareness, client engagement, and company growth objectives • Provide marketing leadership across departments in support of company-wide initiatives and strategic goals • Establish and build out the marketing department by creating foundational processes, team structure, and scalable workflows that support long-term growth • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and distribution strategies • Plan, host, and manage webinars, client events, and virtual experiences to drive lead generation and partner engagement • Create and oversee marketing collateral, including email campaigns, presentations, and client-facing materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards • Represent the Gridiron brand through frequent domestic travel to meet with clients, distribution partners, and prospects • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Underwriting, and Executive Leadership to identify market opportunities and craft tailored messaging • Manage relationships with external vendors and creative partners to deliver digital assets, branding initiatives, and campaign deliverables • Present marketing materials and platform demonstrations to clients and prospects, adapting messaging for varied audiences • Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning, product strategy, and strategic planning • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future efforts • Attend and represent Gridiron at industry conferences, client meetings, and partner events Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within insurance, financial services, or B2B industries. • Proven experience in client-facing roles and field marketing travel. • Strong understanding of strategic marketing planning, client engagement, and campaign execution. • Excellent presentation, and communication skills. • High level of professionalism, confidence, and ability to build trust with senior-level partners. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure.
