JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY This position is responsible for providing support and reporting assistance for Advantage Solutions teams. Responsible for updating and refreshing reports, assisting with invoicing, and additional administrative tasks. This is a part-time position, averaging 20 hours a week. JOB DESCRIPTION Update weekly reporting measures related to specific business lines, including analyzing and reviewing data in an effort to maximize results. Assist Procurement Analyst on reporting, invoicing, accounting, and projects for the National Accounts team. Assist in the identification, recommendation and implementation of enhancements to existing and new processes and procedures for Advantage Solutions transitions. Performs other tasks or special projects as assigned or as necessary. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Experience in querying and relational databases. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access. Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to internal and external team members. Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other reporting information. Experience in the real estate and multi-family housing industry, including working knowledge of property operations and property management, preferably in a third-party management environment, and with a variety of product types is preferred. #LI-RS1 The hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00 Additional Compensation: Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location. Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
